Project Manager, Ministry of Education, University and Research, Safer Internet Center - Connected Generations (Italy)
Giovanni Vespoli is project manager at the Italian Ministry of Education. He has ten years of experience on project management about educational program and cooperation.
Mr Vespoli has a master’s degree in European studies and project management and a bachelor’s degree in science of education.
Since 2014 Mr Vespoli has been coordinating the Italian Safer Internet Centre, promoting new strategies to improve the use of new technologies at school among children, parents and teachers. He organizes awareness and dissemination activities and communication campaigns in cooperation with the main stakeholders working in the field.
Since 2014, in addition, has been cooperating with the European Commission and Insafe network implementing the ‘European Strategy for a Better Internet for Children’.
In 2018 he is expert evaluator for the Italian executive agency, which evaluates project proposals under Erasmus + programme for youth.
Mr Vespoli has cooperated with the National ombudsman for children and adolescents for the publish “La tutela dei minorenni nel mondo della comunicazione” (Rome, 21st Dec 2017).
