Business Development Advisor, Australia and New Zealand

Jacob Wallis is NewsGuard’s Business Development Advisor for Australia and New Zealand. Wallis currently leads the Australian Strategic Policy Institute’s research program on Information Operations and Disinformation and is partner liaison to the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace’s Partnership for Countering Information Operations. He also consults with democratic governments and start-ups on countering disinformation. A former Australian government national security analyst, Wallis has testified before the Parliament of Australia’s Select Committee on Foreign Interference through Social Media.
