You are using the legacy version of Microsoft’s Edge desktop browser, which is not compatible with the HealthGuard browser extension.
HealthGuard is compatible with the most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge desktop browsers. If you are a Mount Sinai employee, you may use HealthGuard on your work computer by launching the Chrome browser that can be accessed via the application launcher, or on your personal computer by launching any of the compatible browsers.
Please follow these steps to use HealthGuard on a compatible browser:
- Copy the following link: https://www.newsguardtech.com/mount-sinai/employees-and-affiliates/
- Open a new window on one of the compatible desktop browsers (the most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge)
- Paste the link into the URL bar of your new browser window and click “Get HealthGuard.”
