Julian Hayda

Julian Hayda was a Contributing Analyst for NewsGuard. A multimedia journalist with over a decade of experience in Ukrainian and community media, Hayda most served as coordinating producer for NPR in Ukraine, where he established the network’s bureau to report on Russia’s invasion. He also was the inaugural Newmark Journalist Scholar at the Global Cyber Alliance, an international cybersecurity and civil society nonprofit. Hayda holds a Masters in International Studies and a Bachelors in Journalism and Digital Cinema Production, all from DePaul University.
