Throughout his career, Winfrey has reported and written about the war in Ukraine, conflicts in the the Middle East, the Greek financial crisis, the expansion of the European Union, and organized crime in the Balkans. He also served as a co-founding editor of Balance of Power, Bloomberg’s flagship newsletter on global politics.
