Shayna Elliot was a NewsGuard intern and is a rising senior at Yale University, where she serves as the editor of Yale Daily News’ Weekend section. She worked for two years as a staff reporter for the newspaper. She previously interned for the Democratic National Committee in Washington, D.C.
