Contributing Analyst

Julia Ornedo was a Contributing Analyst for NewsGuard. Ornedo also contributes to The Jolt, a local news site based in Washington state. Previously, she covered health and political corruption for the Philippine media outlet GMA News Online and had internships at the Philippine Daily Inquirer and The Philippine STAR. Ornedo holds a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Santo Tomas, where she led the student publication The Flame.
